FINANCING STATEMENT
INC
1. Debtor: CAPRICORN HOLDING COMPANY,~a Florida corporation.
2. Secured Party: SOUTHEAST MORTGAGE COMPANY, a Florida corporation.
3. The fixtures, equipment and appliances covered by the Agreement
are: All machinery, apparatus, equipment, fittings, fixtures,
furniture, furnishings, goods, inventory and articles of
personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever now or
hereafter located in, upon or under said property or any part
thereof including, but not limited to, the following: All
heating, air-conditioning, freezing, lighting, laundry, incinera-
ting, and power equipment; engines; elevators; pipes; pumps;
tanks; motors; conduits; switchboards; plumbing, lifting,
cleaning, fire prevention, fire extinguishing, refrigerating,
ventilating and communications apparatus; boilers; ranges;
furnaces; oil burners or units thereof; appliances; air-
cooling and air-conditioning apparatus; awnings; screens;
storm doors and windows; stoves; refrigerators; attached
cabinets; partitions; ducts and compressors; rugs and carpets;
draperies; furniture and furnishings in commercial, institutional
and industrial buildings; togetY~er with all building materials
and equipment to be installed therein,
which the debtor and secured party agree shall constitute,
realty and be a part of the freehold,
now or hereafter located in or on said premises, including all
renewals, additions, replacements and/or accessions thereto.
The Agreement also encumbers all abstracts of title, patents,
trademarks, trade names and trade processes used by the debtor
in connection with the premises and the good will of any
business conducted by debtor on said premises. A foreclosure
. of this indebtedness (or a voluntary conveyance in lieu of
foreclosure) shall include foreclosure and/or transfer of all
of debtor's right, title and interest in all of the foregoing
items of intangible property.
