COMPROMISE OF CLAIM OF LIEN
ERVIN 8. BUSH, President•of BUSH POOLS & PRECAST, INC., and ~
JOYCE A. ROBERTS, hereby agree to settle that certain Claim of Lien
dated August 23, 1978 and recorded in O.R. Book 292, at Page 2962,
of the Public Records of St.~Lucie County, Florida, covering the
following described real property: •
4710 Seagrape Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450 - Lot 10, Block 39,
INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 7.
By payment on or before July 30, 1979 of $1700.00 from JOYCE A.-
ROBERTS to BUSH POOLS & PRECAST, INC., that this Agreement supersedes
the Claim of Lien and the Claim of Lien is hereby withdrawn.

Statement of Intention: -
It is the intention of the parties that First Federal who is mortgag-
ing the above property will pay from the proceeds of said mortgage
this indebtedness. It is the purpose of this instrument to show the
settlement of the lien so as not to delay said closing at First Federal.
~ All matters in dispute are hereby settled and the Claim of Lien is

~ hereby withdrawn upon payment of $1700.00. This includes the first
lien recorded in O.R. Book 292, Page 1424, Public Records St. Lucie
