west 7 feet of hots 11, 12, 13 and 14, of said Block 12, now held by the
Florida State Road Department, all of said property lying and being in
PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 24,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to those certain restrictive covenants recorded in Deed Book 83,
Page 442, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to that
certain ordinance recorded in Deed Book 254, Page 572, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And Further Subject to restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements'
of record, if any, and to taxes for the year 1979, and subsequent years.
