R.D. McLAUGHLIN being duly sworn. deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC.. anon-profiE corporation of the State of Florida. which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORFORP.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Off[clal Record Book 186,
Page 20~i5 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300 -
Page 1459 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 19, Block 13, Unit 2
in the Warne of:
and now held in the name of : Charles A . & Adrienne Skeen
