11. That no waiver of any covenant herein or of the obOgation secured hereby shall at any time thereafter be held to be it

and mailed in tM United States mails. shall be sufficient notice and demand in any case arising under this instrument and ro-
quired by the provisions hereof or by law.
14. This Mortgage sMll secure not ony existing indebtedness. but also such future advances. whether such advances aro
obligatory or to be made at tM option of the Mortgagee. or otMrwise. as aro made within twenty (20) years from tM date hero•
oi, to the same extent as if such future advances were made on tM date of tM execution of this mortgage. but such secured
indebtedness shall not exceed at any time the maximum principal amount of: 33.000.00 , plus interest, and any t
disbursements made for the payment of taxes. levies or insurance. on tM property covered by the lien of this mortgage, with in-
terest on such disbursements.

lar, and the use of any gender shall include all genders.
