HomeMy WebLinkAbout1709 6. Flaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action and shall be reimbursed for them by t}~e Clerk if Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff , is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full. 7, On the filing the Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall distribute tl~e proceeds of t}~e sale, so far as they arc sufficient, by paying first, all of Plaintiff's costs, including those costs set out in Paragraph 3, S and 6 i~ereinabove; second, documentary stamps affixed to tl~e Certificate; third, Plaintiff's attorney's fees; fourth, t}~e total sum due to Plaintiff less the items paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by lair Erom this date to ' the date of t}ie sale; and by retaining any amount remaining pending the further order of this Court. 8. On filing the Certificate of Title, Defendant(s) and all persons claiming under or against him since the filing of the notice of Lis Pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim in the property • and the purchaser at the sale shall be let into possession of the property. 9. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter further , orders as are proper, including, without limitation, ?rrits of assistance and deficiency judgments. ORDERED at Ft.
