This cause came on for hearing this date and the Court having

~~iven full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject

natter of this suit; that the relation of h6sband and wife now exists

j~etween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
jproken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Dissolution of Marriage. fine marriage between LARRY E. TIPPINS

;end GAYL A. TIPPINS be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and

peach of them are hereby forever-freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

;existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2._Custody. Custody of KIMBERLY ANN TIPPINS shall be with the

;life. Husband shall have the right to visit said child and have such child

z ~'~ith him for reasonable periods of time. Husband shall give reasonable notice

iko the Wife of each proposed visit to the end that the plans made by the
~~iusband for the child will not interfere with the health, education or welfare
?~f said minor child. In addition to the above mentioned reasonable visitation,
'~iusband shall have the right to have custody of the minor child for a period
~ ~
~pf one month each summer corresponding with the vacation or leave time of _
~khe Husband with visitation rights to the Wife during said period of time.
3. Support. Commencing the 15th day of April, 1979, and continuing

jthereafter on the 15th day of each succeeding month, Husband shall pay to _
j ~+life the sum of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) Said support shall continue
