FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 10th day of May, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and the the mar- riage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; it is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CLEVELAND BULLOCK and LOIJIlIE T. BULLOCK, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between then and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. The Wife is granted the custody of the minor child of the marriage, KEYWANNA BULLOCK, born July 27, 1975, with P 4 reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Husband. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~ day of 1979, the Husband shll pay to the Wife the sum of $ ~ each and every week for the support of the minor child named above. x Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by t him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sLUn of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and resi- deuce addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
