4. MARITAL HOME. The Wife is hereby awarded the exclusive
possession of the martial home of the parties located at 2233
North 47th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, including the furniture,
fixtures and appliances contained therein.
5. ALIMONY. The Court finds that the Wife established
a need~for al~nony and that the Husband is able of paying
said alimony as a sum. The C therefore, awards the sum
of $ to the which shall be payable at the
time that the rear' home is old. This is in addition to the
one-half o e proceeds from the a of the home to which the
Wife shall be entitled.
6. AUTOMOBILES.
- (a) The Wife is hereby awarded the exclusive possession
and ownership of the 1975 Chevrolet presently in their joint names.
The Court hereby directs the Husband to execute all documents
necessary to convey his interest in the automobile to the Wife
in her name alone. This shall be done no later than ten days
after the entry of this Final Judgment.
(b) The Court awards the 1974 Chevrolet presently in
the name and possession of the Husband to the Husband, and directs

the Husband to assume complete responsibility for said automobile

and payments on the loan on spid automobile.

7. RESTRAINING ORDER. The Husband is hereby restrained

permanently from interfering with, molesting,annoying or harassing
