DISSOLUTION OF tARRIAGE - '
This cause came on for trial the 10th day of tray, 1979,
and the Gourt having given full consideration to all the .evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AtdD ADJUDGED as follows
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
PATRICIA L. PETTY and HARRY RANDALL PETTY be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
s the obligations arising therefrom, '
2. CUSTODY. Custody of RANDALL SCOTT PETTY and RICHARD

CHARLES PETTY, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to

€ PATRICIA L. PETTY with reasonable visitation rights reserved to

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of i~:ay, 1979,
HARRY RANDALL PEi'TY shall pay to PATRICIA L. PETTY the sum of$ 0•~

each and every week for the support .of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by hin
remitted promptly to PATRICIA L. PETTY. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
n payment made to the Clerk.-All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
