THIS CAUSE was heard on the _17th day of April , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGID that CHARLES LLOYD ~ the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of-this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentetiiced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on JUNE 18 , 1979, or as soon tt~eresfter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 18 5.00* plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. Tou and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERID TO arrest the said CHARLES LLOYD on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him tb the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above describe3 judgment and
! sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall he promptly notified
