PER50NAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of May, 1979, between
SARAH ANN STOECKEL, as Personal Representative of the Estate of HUGO
LEVI, deceased, party of the first part; and FRANK W. CARR and
MARION M. CARR, his wife, whose mailing address is
76 Campbell Avenue, Williston Park, New York, 11596 ,
parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to the
Order of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the
,5th day of March, 1979, and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property
in St. Lucie County, Floridat, described as: -
Apartment C-1 (204) COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS N0. 1,
according to the Declaration of Condominiums recorded _
in Official Records Book 187, page 769, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended by
that certain instrument dated November 30, 1970, and
recorded in Official Records Book 188, page 1748, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ,
together with all appurtenances thereto, together
with an undivided interest in the common elements and
limited common elements thereof.

and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the-second
part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
