This cause came on for trial the 10th day of May, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife pow exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RITA JO
McCOY and DANNY JOE McCOY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

arising therefrom. -

2. CUSTODY.- Custody of MISTY DAWN McCOY, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to RITA JO McCOY, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to DANNY JOE McCOY.

3. SUPPORT. Co~?mnincing the 18th day of May, 19'79, DANNY
~ JOE McCOY shall pay to RITA JO McCOY the sum of $20.00 each and

every week, for the support of the child named above.

4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
