This cause came on for trial the 10th day of May, 1979, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the rAlation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
JOAN ANNA GORNEY and JOSEPH ANTHONY GORNEY be and the same is hereby

dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
i
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
- 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DIANA LYN GORNEY, DARRYL M. GORNEY,
ETHEL M. ~GORNEY,~AMANDA L. GORNEY and JEFFREY M. GORNEY, minor children
of the parties, is hereby awarded to JOAN ANNA GORNEY with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to JOSEPH ANTHONY GORNEY. -
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
a
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
