ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that JAMS O'NFAL, JR:
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Order ;
of this Court entered on the 27th day of November, 1978,and is as of this date
May 4, 1979, in arrears $375.00 it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by paying regular child support pay-
went of $15.00 plus $5.00 on arrears of $375.00 each and every week, making a-total
of $20.00 each and every week until the arrearage is paid in full and the payments
shall then revert to $15.00 each week. These payments to include an additional
$2.00 statutory Clerk's fee and are to be paid to the Clerk in cash, cashier's
check or money order. If .Respondent JAMES O'IVEAL, JR. fails to purge himself as
outlined above he shall be served with a Rule to Show cause why he should not .
immediately be confined to the St. Lucie County Jail for a period of sixty (60)
days.
~ JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this
day of May, A. D., 1979.
