ADJUDICATION OF CONTBMPT
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that Steven Daniel
Nelson has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required
by the Final Judgment of this Court entered on the 14th day of December, 1978, and
is as of this date, May 4, 1979, in arrears $381.50, including Court costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by paying, as stated in Open court, -
$20.00 by 4:00 P.M. this 4th day of May, 1979, and hereafter paying the $~L 50
arrearages at the rate of $15.00 each and every week and the regular child support
of $20.00 each week, plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made
in cash, cashier's check or money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie
County. If Respondent STEVEN DANIEL NELSON fails to purge himself as outlined above
he shall be served with a Rule to Show Cause why he should not immediately be con-
fined to the St. Lucie County Jail fQr a period of sixty (60) days.

JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper. ~
