This cause came on for trial the 10th day of May, 1979, i
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
• 1, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CATHERINE
R. PICOS and BERNARD G. PICOS be and the same is hereby. dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CINDY L. PICOS and BENJAMIN G. PICOS,

minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to CATHERINE R. PICOS,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to BERNARD G. PICOS.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 18th day of May, 1979, BERNARD ~
G. PICOS shall pay to CATHERINE R. PICOS, the sum of $15.00 per
child each and every week, for the support of the children named {
above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to CATHERINE R. PICOS. In addition 3
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
y be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
E order is in effect.
