This cause came on for trial the 10th day of May, 1979, ~ '
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievPbly broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon l
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RICHARD
J. STEBBINS and PATRICIA J. STEBBINS be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony .heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JULIE LEE STEBBIN$,minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to PATRICIA J. STEBBINS, with reason-
able visitation rights reserved to RICHARD J. STEBBINS.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 18th day of May, 1979, RICHARD
J. STEBBINS shall pay to PATRICIA J. STEBBINS, the sum of $30.00
each and every week, for the support of the child named above.
z Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA J. STEBBINS. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. .All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties f
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
r
and resfderice addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
a ~ 4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
