This cause came on for trial the 10th day of May, 2979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the-parties; and that the marriage between the
• parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GENETTA
TUCRER and JOAN W. TUCRER be and the same is hereby dissolvdd, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~

arising therefrom.
2. COSTODY. Custody of JOANET TUCRER and TAMERA TUCKER,

~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to GENETTA TUCKER,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOHN W. TUCRER.
~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 18th day of May, 1979, JOAN
W. TUCRER shall pay to GENETTA TUCRER the-sum of 525.00 per child,
each and every week, for the support of the children-named above.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

and by him remitted promptly to GENETTA TUCRER. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of S2.00 as statutory costs to be added f
to .each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are -
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing

and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
