This cause came~on for trial the 10th day of May, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
i
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the. -
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the -
parties, PATRICIA T. INGRAM and ROGER D. INGRAM, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
F - freed from the bonds of matrinwny heretofore existing between them
I and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ - 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DONALD L. INGRAM, DONNA L. INGRAM,
s
and JOHN L. INGRAM, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
~ to PATRICIA T. INGRAM, with reasonable visitation rights reseraed to
ROGER D. INGRAM.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 18th day of May, 1979,
ROGER D. INGRAM shall pay to PATRICIA T. INGRAM the sum of $50.00
each and every week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

3 and by him remitted to PATRICIA T. INGRAM. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to

each payment made to the Clerk. Both of the parties are ordered to

keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence 3

addresses at all times while this order is in effect. All payments
