filed its sworn Complaint, together with its Declaration of Taking
in the above styled Court against you and each of you as defendants .
seeking to condemn the above described property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, by Eminent Domain proceedings.
You are further notified that the Plaintiff will call up for
hearing before the Honorable Dwight L. Geiger, one of the ,judges of
the above styled Court on the 5th day of July, A.D., 1979, at 9:30
o'clock A.M., in St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida,
its application for an Order of Taking in accordance with its Declara-
t
tion of Taking heretofore filed in this cause. All parties to this '
suit and all other interested parties may appear at the time and
place designated and be heard.
AND
Each defendant is hereby required to serve written defenses,
if any, to said Complaint on:
