SECOP~D: That the Compensation to be made by the Plaintiff
for the above-described parcel of land is as follows:
For Parcel No. 136, described above, owned by St. Lucie Groves

Investments Ltd., subject to interest, if any, of Daniel N. Knowles,
Jr., as Tax Collector of St. Lucie County, Florida. We find that
the compensation to be made therefore is the sum of:
