IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
that title to the property described above, which vested in

the Plaintiff pursuant to the Order of Taking and deposit of
money heretofore made, is approved, ratified and confirmed,
and it is further

ORDERED that upon entry of this Final Judgment, the
Plaintiff, Division of. Administration, State of Florida
Department•of Transportation, shall deposit the additional sum

-into the Registry of the Court.
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of
the above-styled court is hereby ordered and directed to pay
from funds deposited into the Registry of the Court by the
Plaintiff, the sums so stated above to the aforementioned
Defendants, less any sums heretofore withdrawn, if any.
