THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before the
undersigned Circuit Court Judge upon Plaintiff sworn Motion
for the entry of an ex parte Final Judgment, and the Court
having considered the Stipulation and Plaintiff's sworn Motion
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, CARLYLE COMMUNICATIONS,
INC., a corporation, have and recover of and from the Defendant,
SEABOARD NEWS AGENCY, INC., a Florida corporation, the principal sum
of $2,600.00, plus interest of $208.00 from January 19, 1978, plus
costs of $39.00, for a total sum of $2,847.00, for which sum let
execution issue forthwith. .
