AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE came-~on to be heard upon the complaint of
BETSY C. LAMBERTSON, formerly BETSY C. HAGEDORN, and the =
court having heard the testimony of BETSY C. LAMBERTSON,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT: .
1) The final judgment and dissolution of the marriage
_
between the parties hereto entered in the Court of Common
Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania, on January 28, 1975,
be and the same is hereby established as a Florida judgment. -
2) That said Judgment is modified to the extent that
_
the husband is ordered to-pay in addition to the support he is
i
presently paying all medical and dental expenses of the minor
children of the parties, to wit: John ~.~1ark Hagedorn and Paul
Alan Hagedorn.
3) The wife shall be entitled to claim the minor children
of the parties, to wit: John Mark Hagedorn and-Paul Alan Hagedorn ~

as her dependants for Federal Income Tax purposes commencing with
z the year 1979 and thereafter.
- DONE and ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St Lucie County, Florida,
this day of May A.D., 1979.
