ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO STRIKE
This cause, having come on to be heard before me, on
April 2, 1979, in St. Lucie County, upon Defendant's Motion to -
Strike, and this Court having heard the argument of counsel for
the Defendant and the Plaintiff, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT the Motion to Strike be and the
same is hereby granted, without prejudice for Plaintiff to seek
statutory remedies as the occasion may arise. This order supersedes
this Court's. Order of April 17, 1979.
DONE AND ORDERED May 979.
