O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on a t4otion To t4odify the
Final Judgment and after hearing testimony, it is
ORDERED A:ZD ADJUDGED the following:
1. The Final-.Judgment of December 21, 1978 is modified as
far as paragraph 2 is concerned to read that LINDA K. ORR shall have

visitation with the children of the parties on alternate weekends. i
The time shall be front 6:30 P.M. Friday until 6:30 P.M. Sunday, pro-
. ~

vided, however, that over night visitation with any male companion
other than a relative is not permitted. Should LIIJDA K. ORR do this ~
she will be in cont~npt of court. ~

2. Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment is modified to read
~ RICHARD A. ORR can leave the State with the children however if he is

to do this he must notify LIIiDA K. ORR of the new residence address
T
immediately or prior to leaving the State. If he removes the children
from the State of Florida they are to visit with LINDA K. ORR on all
school holidays-and for one month during the summer. RICHARD A. ORP.

shall be responsible for the transportation to and from the place of
his residence out of the State of Florida to the place of residence
of LINDA K. ORR. During these visitations the same rule regarding
