FINAL JUDGMENT
DISS RIAGE
This cause coming on before the Court for Final Hearing and
it appearing to the Court that the parties have entered into a Property
Settlement Agreement providing for separation of their properties, custody
of minor child, payment of attorneys' fees and other items, and the Court
being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between LINDA LONG and `
MERLE LONG, JR. be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and_each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of TRENA CATHERINE LONG, minor child of the ~
r
l parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA LONG with reasonable rights of visitation
reserved to MERLE LONG, JR. as set out in the Property Settlement Agreement
dated the 1st day of May, 197.9, and incorporated here by reference and
~ made a part of this Final Judgment in the same manner as though it were set
~ out word for word herein.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for'the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
