- ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard upon those portions of
the Wife's Petition filed herein seeking temporary relief and
the Court being fully advised, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the .Wife, Beverly R. Koukos, shall have
the care and custody of the two minor children, Paul Koukos and
Daniel Koukos, until further order of this Court, granting unto
the Husband, Soterios G. Koukos, reasonable rights of visitation.
2. That commencing Friday, liay 11, 1979 the Husband,
Soterios G. Koukos, shall pay to the Wife, Beverly R. Koukos, the
sum of Thirty ($30) Dollars each week for the support of the minor
children above named.
I Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
~ and by him remitted promptly to Beverly R. Koukos. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
~ their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
