by grants, bargains, sells. aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: Lot No. 432, Section II, in ~
that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR RESORTS
OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by the
plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
in Plat Book 16, Page 1:1A through 1t7.
Mortgagor expressly agrees to comply with each and every provision
of the Declaration of Condominium and all Amendments thereto which
the instant unit is apart of. This includes the provisions of the
Articles of Incorporation of the condominium association, together
with the provisions of the condominium association's By-Laws, and
includes, if arplicable, the provisions of the long term lease (if
any). In the event of default on the part of the Mortgagor in
any one or more of the provisions of the aforesaid agreements,
Mortgagee-mag, at Mortgagee's sole option, declare the default on
any of the aforesaid agreements mentioned in this instant articie
to be a default under the provisions of this instant Mortgage,
and may further, at Mortgagee's sole option, accelerate the indebt-
edness due and payable in full and/or seek judicial remedies under
the provisions of this instant Mortgage.
