That-part of the West 330 feet (as measured along the North line)
of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, lying North of Okeechobee Road (State Road 70),
LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFR02i:
1. The North 953.02 feet thereof and
2. That part thereof described as: -
Beginning on the West line of the East l/2 of the SW~l/4 of _
Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East at a point 1332.08
feet South of the NW corner of. said fast 1/2 of Si~T 1/4, run thence
Northeasterly, parallel with the northerly right~of-way line of
Okeechobee Road (State Road 70) a distance of 184.25 feet; thence
run South parallel with the West line of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 _
of said Section .24 to the northerly right-of-way line of Okeechobbee
Road; thence run Southwesterly;' along said right-ofsway line, a ~ -
distance of 184.25 feet to said west line of East 1/2 of SW 1/4 of
said Section 24; thence run North to Point of Beginning.
3. Commence at a point on the South boundary of above Section 24,
located North 88°56'14" West 1820.93 feet of the Southeast corner
of said Section 24, thence run North 00°05.08" West 1789.08 feet, '
thence South 70°03'56" West 2737.22 feet, thence North 19°56'04"
West 40 feet to the point of beginning on the existing Northerly
boundary of State Road 70, thence continue North 19°56'04" West
60 feet, thence North 70°03'56" East 730.00 feet, thence North
i9°56.04" test S4 feet, th~hce North 70°03'56" East 164.53 feet,
thence South 00°06'11" East 153.08 feet to a point on the Northerly
boundary of said State Road 70,-thence South 70°03'56" West 842.60
feet to the Point of Beginning. -

It is the intent of the Grantors and the Grantee herein by this -
Paragraph 3 to delete from the property otherwise conveyed to -
Grantee only that portion thereof condemned and taken by the State
of Florida in that certain St. Lucie County Circuit Court Case No.
75-962 CA and under the Order of Taking and Final Judgment therein ,
recorded in Official Records Book 251, Paqe 673, and 262, Page 1714,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, respectively. Any -
discrepancy in the legal description in said Paragraph 3 with said _
property taken and condemned if-any, shall be automatically corrected
and construed in accord with this intent, all without the need for
any further instrument of conveyance.
