FINAL JUDGMENT
. THIS CAUSE came onto be heard on Wife's Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage, after a Default entered by the Clerk
~of the Court, the Court having heard testimony of the Petitioner,
and Petitioner's residency witness, and having reviewed the
a
Separation and Property. Settlement Agreement and Antenuptial
Agreement attached to the Petition and presented as evidence.
The Court finds and concludes as follows: ;
1. The parties were married to each other on June 29,
1974, at West Palm Beach, Florida, and have been continuously
married to each other since that. date.
2. Petitioner/Wife has been a bona fide resident of
~ Palm Beach County, Florida., for more than six (6) months before

~ the commencement of this action.
3. .There are no children born of this marriage, and no

' issue contemplated.
4. The marria a of the parties is irretrievably broken.

~ 5. The parties freely entered into the Separation Agree-
~ ment dated December 16, 1978, and the Antenuptial Agreement dated

June 4, 1975, and both admitted into evidence as Petitioner's
Exhibit "A". A copy of the Agreements are attached.
IT IS, ORDERED AND ADJUDG1rD as follows: )
