THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic-

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as folloy~s:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, VIRGII
YEARICKS, and Respondent, EARL F. YEARICKS, III, are dissolved
-because the marriage is irretrievably broken. '
3. Custody of COIISTANCE LYNN YEARICKS, EARL F. YEARICKS,
IV and EDWARD JONES YEARICKS, minor children of the parties, is ~
hereby awarded to VIRGIIIA YEARICKS with reasonable visitation ~

rights reserved to EARL F. YEARICKS,'III.
4. No ruling as to child support or division of property 3
because service was by publication rather than personal service of
process, but Court retains jurisdiction for such future Orders as
may be appropriate.

5. VIRGINIA YEARICY.S be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of VIRGINIA SEARS and to use the same in ~

6. Each of the parties is hereby, enjoined and restrained
