ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming before.the Court on May 3, 1979 upon the
Motion for Continuance filed by Defendants, OUTDOOR RESORTS OF
AMERICA, INC., ROBERT LORD and E. RANDALL HENDERSON, JR., and the
Court having reviewed the Motion, heard argument of counsel for
all parties and being otherwise duly informed in the premises, it
is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. The nonjury trial which was set for-this matter begin-_
ning May 23, 1979 is hereby continued to the three day nonjury
docket commencing July 18, 19.79 at 9:3.0 a.m. at the St. Lucie County
E Courthouse. This case is presently scheduled first on the docket
but is subject to being removed behind other cases as this Court's ;
previously .scheduled trial docket progresses. According to counsel,

( the estimated time of this trial is .three days.
~ DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
