THIS CAUSE came on before me for validation of witness
subpoenae previously issued and served upon witnesses by the
Defendants to require them to appear at the trial of this cause on
April 30, 1979, before the undersigned Judge at_~lie courthouse in
Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. Having considered same and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises,~it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the subpoenae
issued on behalf of the Defendants for the previously scehduled trial
of this cause on April 30, 1979 are hereby re-validated and given
full force and effect for the trial~re-scheduled on May 29, 1979
at 9:30 a.m.
