THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Intervenors Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and. being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
. it is further

Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 3 0.00 per week each and every

monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, ~
Child Support Enforcement. Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida,
32304. All payments shall be made in cash, Honey order or cashiers check. All
money orders and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security ~
Number and shall be made payable•to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to: ,
