THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the petition of the DEPARTMENT
OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for child support and the Court having found
that said Petitioner is a proper party by virtue of an assignment of rights to
child support signed by ttie party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and
all parties having received proper notice, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED ti~at the Petition for Child Support shall be and
it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on ~ ~ 1979,;
