pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers filed herein, rsrd being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is -

is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of tie Defendant
DAVID ALLAN HICKMAN and SHARON MARSHALL
the natural mother; it is further ,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
SHARON • MARSHALL shall have custody of the said child (ren)
subject to the Defendant's right of reasonable visitatnio~n; it isvfurther

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the- Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support-Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
s until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in Which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother
or person laving custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
