ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on _ May 18 ,
19 79 ~ ~ the Father, CLARENCE ADDERLY , JR . shall
- pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 40.00 per month each and every
month , plus $2.00 statutory fee, which amount shall be remitted
monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 ~Zinewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida,
32304. All payments shall be made in cash, honey order or cashiers check. All-
' money orders and cashiers checks shall-bear the payees name and Social Security
f Number and shall be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
