is/are declared: to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant

the natural mother; it is further •

subject to the Defendant's right of reasonable visitatian; it is further

Rehabilitative Services, Chfld Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
~ Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shad and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments froca
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to-the aforesaid natural mother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further •
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of the above-named child(ren), the DEPARTMENT OF 1iEALTIi AND kEHABILITATIVI;
F SERVICES, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS, AI`tEh'DMENT UNIT, shall and it is hereby ordered to-
