pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers filed herein, and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)

is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of tlae Defendant
JOHNNIE FREELOVE and OLETNA-CURTIS
the natural mother; it is further

subject to the Defendant's right of reasonable visitation; it is further

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unft, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,

K ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
~ hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Department of Ilealth and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
