THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing and all parties having received
proper and timely notice; the Court having heard testimony and/or considered the
pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers filed herein, and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the minor child(ren)
HERBERT TILLMAN, d.o.b. 7-8-62; DEVORA TILLMAN, d,o.b, 9-10-63;
SHAWN TILLMAN, d.o.b. 9-11-64 .
is/are declared to be the legitimate ,child(ren) of the Defendant
EUGENE TILLMAN and ETHEL WASHINGTON
the natural mother; it is further .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
ETHEL WASHINGTON shall have custody of the said child ren)
subject to the Defendant's right of reasonable visitation; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that commencing on rn ~ ~d , 1979,
the Defendant/Father shall pay child support for and on beh if of the said child(ren)
in the amount of $ 56.00 per biweekly ~ plus $2.00 statutory fee. All

Said ae~ount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
~ until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Department of stealth and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
