recover from the Defendants, ST. LUCIE BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, INC.,
d/b/a SUPER SKATE ROLLER SKATING RINK, and FEDERAL INSURANCE ~ ~

COMPANY, the sum of $6,000.00; the Court reserves jurisdiction
to enter an Order Taxing Costs.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff,
JEFFREY VIGRASS, take nothing by this action and the Defendants,
ST. LUCIE BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, INC., d/b/a SUPER SKATE~ROLLER
SKATING-RINK, and FEDERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, go hence without
