That certain Partial Release of Mortgage dated May 2, 1979, filed May 9~
1979 and recorded in Official Records Book 3ps~page,l372 the Public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, was in fact a duplicate release
of the above described property, and should not have-been placed on
record.
The original Release was recorded in Official Records Book 254, page 2783
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on July 19, 1976.
