Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as creditors of the estate who performed appraisal duties on behalf of the estate. The names and addresses of the creditors are as follows: a. L. W. Halbe, P: O. Box 307, Ft. Pierce, Fla. 33450 1 b. Jeffrey S. Furst, 1903 York Court, Ft. Pierce, Fla. 33450 2. The above-referenced estate was, wrongfully processed under the Rules for Summary Administration (with will). This was done pursuant to the sworn statement, contained in the Petition that "all indebtedness of the Estate of Rudolph F. Cassens, Deceased, has been paid by Marian W. Cassens, his surviving spouse and sole i - devisee and legatee." This sworn statement was made November 29, 1976. 3. At the time that the statement was made, it was not true g in that your two Petitioners began appraisal work for the estate on 3 a November 10, 1976, nineteen days prior to the signing of the sworn petition for Summary Administration. By statements of claim attached hereto, your Petitioners are making claims against the Estate.
