The petition of ALFRED PAPPALARDO for leave to sell certain property of
his ward, EI~SA MARY CAVANAGH, at private. sale, coming on this day to be heard; and
it appearing to the Court that it is to the beat interest of the ward for said
property to be sold, and that no notice of the filing of Petition for Leave to Sell
is necessary or desireable; and the Court being fully advised:
IT IS HBREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That said guardian be, and~he is hereby authorized to sell at private
sale for the sum of $16,500.00 cash the following described property belonging to
his ward, 8l~A NARY CAVANAGR, described as follows:
Lot 3 and 14 Block 2 ANGLEVILLA S/D as per plat
thereof as recorded in public records in the office
of the Clerk of St. Iucie County, Florida, together
with the personal property therein.
2. That the guardian be and is hereby authorized to pay the necessary
costa of sale including sales ca~mmission, attorney's fees and costa incurred in
this sale.
E 3. That no additional bond is required of the guardian as a result of
said sale.
~ DONE and ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucia County, Florida this
day of Nay, 1979.
