PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned Petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners' residence is 313 Fourth Street, Union City,
New Jersey 07087, and their post office address is the same.
2. JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO is a minor whose date of birth was
February 16, 1967, whose age is twelve (12) years, and whose Social
Security Number has not been obtained. The residence of the minor
is the same as the Petitioners' address and his post office address
is the same.
3. The nature of the incapacity is minority.
4. It is necessary that a Guardian of the property be
appointed for said minor.
5. The approximate value and description of the minor's
" property are as follows:
Real Property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, by virtue of that certain deed
dated March 4, 1974, and recorded on
July 22, 1974, in 0. R. Book 229, pages
2876, 2877 and 2878, of the Public Records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, from MARIE
CARUSO to JOSEPH G. CARUSO, JR., IN TRUST
FOR JOSEPH J. CARUSO, a minor $ 7,200.00
I Real Property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, by virtue of that certain deed
dated November 19, 1974, and recorded on

page 318, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, from MARIE CARUSO
to GERARD G. CARUSO, IN-TRUST FOR JOSEPH J.
