_ 7. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
minor owns real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, by
virtue of the above-described conveyances.
8. GERARD G. CARUSO, whose address is above, is sui juris
and otherwise qualified under the laws of Florida to act as Guardian
of the property of the minor, and is entitled to preference because
he is the minor's father and natural guardian, and the minor's mother
and natural guardian has joined in this Petition.
9. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the informa-
tion required by Florida law and by the applicable Florida Rules of
Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth in full above
cannot be ascertained without delay that would adversely affect the
minor or the minor's property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that GERARD G. CARUSO be

appointed Guardian of the property of the minor.
