The Petition of GERARD G. CARUSO and ANGELA L. CARUSO for
the appointment of a Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO,
a minor, coming on this day to be heard, and it appearing to the Court
that said person is a minor and that it is necessary for a Guardian
to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully
advised, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GERARD G. CARUSO is hereby appointed ;
as Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO, a minor; and it t
is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said GERARD G. CARUSO is required
to file a bond in the amount of $ /O,o a o.o o payable to the
Governor of the State of Florida and to his successors in office, con-
ditioned on the faithful performance of all duties by the~Guardian,
according to law.
