praying that the same might be admitted to probate, and it satisfactorily appearing that all persons
required by law to be cited or who are interested in this proceeding have by their appearance, consent
or waiver in writing duly executed and filed, waived the issuance and service upon them of a citation in -
this proceeding and consented to the probate of said instrument and the Court being satisfied, upon
the proofs and allegations in support of said Will, with the genuineness of the Wiil and the validity of
its execution, and that said decedent- at the time of execution was in all respects competent to make
a Will and not under restraint, and Decision dated January 22, 1979,
